Kirby Taylor has been in real estate for over 10 years. He became the designated broker for Avanta 360 in the Spring of 2014 after honing his skills as a property coordinator before. He has served the company in many capacities and is now the lead communicator with our property owners. 

Kirby Graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in the Spring of 2007. It was a year later he jumped into the Real Estate business and has been with us since. 

When he is not working to maximize your portfolio, he is spending time with his wife Cristen and two children Zoe and Zach. Together they enjoy being active and taking in all the great City of Austin has to offer. They love the city so much they have at a young age decided to make it their forever home. Kirby also has a passion for sports and loves to coach his kids teams. That competitive nature is lived out in the work environment when he is negotiating with vendors to get you the best deals possible.

Kirby's favorite part of real estate is the feeling of matching good tenants with our clients vacant units. It is richly fulfilling knowing he placed someone in a place they will be calling home for a season and he made his client money doing it! He finds it a unique position to be the liaison between two parties and make them both very happy.
