While you are enjoying life, we will be steadily working behind the scenes to ensure your investment property is running smoothly. When changes or problems arise, we will contact you with thoughtful suggestions and feedback on given situations. We will help guide you while making important decisions for your property, but you will have the ultimate say.
For any circumstance that arises, AMG has the experience necessary to protect your interests. We are well versed in Texas property code, fair housing laws, Section 8 and HUD requirements and all other governing laws associated with rental property on both the local and national level. If you can think it, we have done it!

Insurance claim coordination
All of these and more are covered in your monthly fee. We do not nickel and dime you with charges for out of the ordinary services. We feel you pay a management fee for us to “take care of your property” and that’s what we do.
Does your roof need replacement? We have answers. We will help file a claim with your insurance provider, coordinate appointments with the roofer and adjuster, and update you as the process completes. This coordination service is included in your management fee.
Eviction necessary? While we hate it for you when this happens, it does happen. We are here to help. As soon as payment is late, we send out 3-day notice letters. If tenants fail to respond or just refuse to pay, we ask your permission to start the eviction filing process. We see it through to the end whether that means they leave before the court date or must be served a writ of possession.
